Under 11's set up for Finals Day with win vs Horwich in Lancs Cup

Following on from an impressive win in previous round at Clifton CC, the Under 11 team took on Horwich RMI in the Quarter Final of the Lancashire Cup (Pairs Comp). Playing on the front square for the first time this season, Brooklands bowled first and with some a very tight bowling display from all the boys we restricted the visitors to a score of 209. Ben Lomas , Ben Cunliffe, Calum Attwood-Parry and Sudanshu all picking up wickets.
The boys came to bat with a very low total to get yet and showed tremendous skills in getting to a total of 287. Rory Driscoll top scoring with 30 and getting the Man of the Match Ball.

Having won the game, we now go through to a Finals day at Highfield CC to play what will hopefully be a Semi Final and Final on 10th September. Congrats to all the boys on getting to Finals day with 3 excellent victories.
