The second XI hosted a so far unbeaten Oulton Park at the Brooklands Cricket Ground. Alan Millington won the toss and elected to field.
Ben Kettle (38) and Tom Hyslop (62) made early progress for the visitors before they were removed by veteren Chris Moore who finished with figures of 3-45 off 14 overs.
Millington, George Foreman and Joe Gill picked up a wicket each after some resistance from Mark Johnson (45) and Elliot Ashwell (36*).
Opening bowler Rob Leach returned for a spell towards the end of the innings and dismissed the dangerous Johnson along with Garnett and Cook to register figures of 3-72 off 10 overs.
Just shy of batting out the 50 overs, Oulton Park were all out for 239.
George Storrow and James Robinson opened for the home side and with Storrow departing early with Joe Gill, Robinson (32) formed a strong partnership with Doug Whyley (44) before both were dismissed by Simon Torlop (4-49 off 12).
Hugall, Leach and Lee came and went cheaply leaving young opening seam bowler George Foreman to stride impressively toward his maiden senior half century before being caught off the bowling of Elliott Ashwell (3-29 off 10) for 54.
As the final overs approached, the target set for the second XI became out of reach as they were bowled out for 191.
