General Information
The 2007 season saw the ladies playing in the newly formed
Second Division of the Cheshire Women's Cricket League. Brooklands were unbeaten
in their league campaign and were crowned Div 2 champions. Here's to 2008 in Div
1!
At the league presentation evening at the Tytherington Club, Sarah Sutcliffe was
named 2nd Div Player of the Season: with 15 wickets and six of her eight innings
being not out, she was the obvious choice! Sutcliffe was also awarded the trophy
for best batting average in Div 2 - average 107.5.

Nets
Winter nets will run on Monday 25th February, 3rd, 10th and
17th March and 7th April from 8-9pm at William Hulme's Grammar
School, Whalley Range, M16 8PR. Nets cost £3.50 per session, and all
sessions taken by ECB qualified coaches.
New Players Welcome
Brooklands Ladies always welcomes new players - winter nets will
begin in march but we have many social events during the close season! If you
would like to get involved with ladies cricket at Brooklands, contact the
